"I have selected this creation from the literary work of Swami Vivekanand Ji titled 'Sangeet Kalpataru'. Swami Vivekanand Ji was also a good artist of Dhrupad, Khayal, Tappa and Bhajans. There is a vast collection in this book but very few compositions from this collection are adopted in dhrupad. I sincerely believe that our ancient Indian literature is a reservoir of timeless wisdom and spirituality, and presenting them as traditional musical compositions depicts the best of Indian spirituality and music. With this earnestness, I attempted to compose one of his creations in Dhrupad-Sooltal."

The Sixth Note (Dhaivat) is emphasized. The higher notes (Uttaraang) are prominent in this Raga, which in itself is melodious and sonorous.
